It's Son2's 15th birthday today! I started this blog back in 2008 when he was just nine years old and he and his big brother had just started at their special school for boys with SpLD, including Asperger's.
The school, and the boys, have grown considerably since then and one of our recent posts records this passing of time.
We're all planning to relax a bit over summer but we're still keeping a watchful eye on the progress of the SEND Code of Practice through Parliament and pop up a few posts as well. I'm off to Italy in a couple of weeks and then I have my long-awaited physical rehab for three weeks and we have lots of exciting projects in the offing too.
Don't forget, we're available for face to face training from September in the mysterious ways of the new SEN System so get in touch!
Our Special Needs Jungle unmissable posts from the past couple of weeks. We met the Minister and said goodbye to school..
